Why do I take photographs? My initial interest in photography can be credited to my shyness. In the beginning, it was easier to hide behind the lens of my camera than to entertain the people around me. It was something that I could do that was half way - it still included human interaction, but if I chose to stay the casual observer, I could.
Now, for me photography has turned into more; it goes beyond the centerpiece of my obsession and it's more than my passion. Photography is something I simply can not live without. Everywhere I look, I see opportunities for great photographs. It can not be turned off.
So why do I take photographs? It's just something that I do.
